Announcing the results of round 2 of the Lotus Central Fantasy F1 competition.

After last week's stewards' enquiry, the following results will remain provisional until the FIA confirm the final results. If the results are amended at any point we will update the round scores for the overall competition. However, the winner of this weekend's prize will be the person who has the most points as at 11am on 6/4/09.

Congratulations to Mark Salter who is our provisional winner of this our first official round. 

Example of how points were scored this week:-
• Glock – 11 pts – (3rd place – 6pts, finished race – 5pts)
• Heidfeld – 13 pts – (2nd place – 8pts, finished race – 5pts)
• Button – 15 pts – (1st place – 10pts, finished race – 5pts)
• Webber – 8 pts – (6th place - 3pts, finished race - 5pts)
• Ferrari – 10pts – (2 cars finished – 2 x 5pts)
• Williams – 11pts – (8th place – 1pts, 2 car finished – 2 x 5pts)
• Pole Position – Those with Button OR Brawn got 5 pts
• Fastest Lap – Those with Button OR Brawn got 5pts
• Best Improvement – Those with Heidfeld scored 8pts – 10th to 2nd place

Those who chose Malaysia as their Joker round scored double points.

As long as the results don't change, or we don't find a mistake by 11am 6/4/09 Mark will be the winner of rounds 2 and will receive a mug from Elise Shop as well as a pair of tickets for the opening round of the 2009 British Super Bikes Championship at Brands Hatch on 13th April with hospitality box access.

There is still plenty of time to get entries in before the next round and with some great prizes at each round it's well worth it..

* whoever, gets the highest score at the next round in China will get bonus prize of 2 entry tickets for both the Saturday and Sunday of the A1GP World Cup of Motorsport at Brands Hatch where the Elise Trophy and Lotus Cup Europe will be supporting the event with 3 races over the two days.
